    ABSTRACT

Dichorionic twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly is a seri- ous condition that threatens the normal co-twin’s life by causing poly- hydramniosis, preterm labor and sudden death of one or both of the fetuses. We report a case of dichorionic twin pregnancy discordant for fetal anencephaly delivered at the 32nd week of gestation because of preterm labor and nonreassuring fetal monitoring. The aim of this case report is to summarize management options in this situation. (J Turkish-German Gynecol Assoc 2012; 13: 64-6)
