Post-hysterectomy fallopian tube prolapse - elementary yet enigmatic

Fallopian tube prolapse following hysterectomy should be kept in mind when a patient presents with pain, discharge, dyspareunia or an obvious lesion at the vault. Combined laparoscopic & vaginal approach should become the standard of care in management of such cases.
